(hereinafter “MVA”), with registered office at Via Antonio Salandra, 13 00187 Rome – VAT: 13471681000 – info@marzottoventure.com, in its capacity as the “Data Controller,” informs you that your personal data, collected on the MVA website (www.marzottoventure.com) for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter mailing list or in the “Contacts” section, will be processed in full compliance with the applicable legislation, ensuring the fundamental rights and freedoms to which you are entitled.
Origin, legal basis, and purpose of processing
The processing of your personal data is carried out by MVA to fulfill your request to subscribe to the mailing list (or Contact form) for receiving the newsletter, which contains information about the activities, events, and initiatives of the Data Controller, as well as for MVA’s direct marketing activities, including sending promotional, commercial, and advertising material.
The legal basis is found in the consent given when filling out and submitting the subscription form for the mailing list, which authorizes the sending of a newsletter and the processing of data for MVA’s direct marketing purposes. Providing personal data is optional.
Communication and dissemination
The data provided will be processed exclusively by persons authorized to do so and properly trained, under the control of the Data Controller, as well as by data processors linked to MVA through a specific contract (Art. 28 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016), such as companies providing services for the management of the IT system and telecommunications networks, professionals and consultants, or service providers to the Data Controller. In any case, data will be communicated only in relation to strict technical or professional necessity, preferring anonymous processing whenever possible.
The data being processed may be shared with other partner companies solely and exclusively to fulfill the processing purposes.
The data may also be disclosed to third parties (Public Authorities, Police Forces, Judicial Authorities, etc.), but solely for the purpose of complying with legal obligations or regulations or EU law.
Transfer abroad
Your data will generally not be transferred outside the European Economic Area; if this becomes necessary, the recipients of the data will be subject to protection and security obligations equivalent to those guaranteed by the Data Controller. The data provided and collected for which specific consent is required will be stored for a period of 1 year, without prejudice to the possibility of objecting to or requesting the cessation of such processing at any time, following the instructions provided in the “Your Rights” section of this Privacy Policy.
Your Rights
You may exercise at any time the rights granted to you by the applicable law, including the right to:
a) to access your personal data, obtaining information about the purposes pursued by the Data Controller, the categories of data involved, the recipients to whom such data may be disclosed, the applicable retention period, and the existence of automated decision-making processes;
b) to obtain without delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you;
c) to obtain, in the cases provided, the deletion of your data;
d) to obtain restriction of processing or to object to it, where possible;
e) to request the portability of the data you have provided to MVA, meaning to receive it in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, also to transmit these data to another controller, without any impediment from MVA;
f) to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.
