Scope
We promote Open Innovation by supporting companies throughout the entire innovation lifecycle.
We act as an enabler of innovation and technology transfer, fostering structured forms of collaboration among Universities, Research Centers, Large Enterprises, Start-ups, Research Spin-offs, Innovative SMEs, Financial Operators, Investors, and Public Institutions.
Our activities supporting Open Innovation processes cover four main areas of operation: Acceleration, Venturing, Ecosysteming, and Academy.
Acceleration
We promote technology transfer and the development of innovative entrepreneurial ideas through incubation and acceleration programs for Start-ups, Research Spin-offs, and SMEs, as well as through the design and management of Corporate Entrepreneurship initiatives.
Venturing
We invest in high-tech start-ups with strong international growth potential, through co-investment operations carried out in partnership with a network of qualified operators capable of ensuring market access and effective exit strategies.
Ecosysteming
We design and manage Open Innovation ecosystems that support the creation and consolidation of enterprises throughout the entire innovation lifecycle. We also implement industrial research programs, pilot actions, and demonstrative projects at sectoral, supply-chain, and regional levels.
